We handle all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. (CET) on the same day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, it will be handled on the first business day after that.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within the EU from 1 belt ordered, with the exception of overseas territories.
Outside the EU, shipping is free from 2 belts ordered. For 1 belt ordered outside EU, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do I have to pay extra duties and taxes?
For orders within the European union, No additional customs duties, taxes, or fees apply for shipments within the European Union members.
For orders to the USA and Canada All orders to the USA and Canada are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are included in the total price at checkout. Customers will not face any additional charges upon delivery.
For orders outside the European Union (excluding the USA and Canada) Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, including the following, are handled on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis For these regions, customers are responsible for Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.
Customs clearance may occasionally delay deliveries. La Boucle is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Return Policy
At La Boucle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. By filling out the return form, you can easily initiate your return.
A return fee of 6€ will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly.

Do I get a refund, a voucher or an exchange?
For citizens within the European Union, all three of the options are possible.
For citizens outside of the European Union, you can request a voucher or a refund, but no exchange.

I have received a defect product. What should I do?
Fill out your return request here. While filling out the form, you'll be asked to send us a picture of the damage product(s).
Subsequently, our customer support will reach out to you within 24 hours (on workdays Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CET) to solve the issue.
Can I return items bought in store?
We cannot accept items purchased at one of our many retailers. Our return policy is subjected to items purchased directly from our web shop.
However, if you are still in possession of the receipt, your store will offer you a full refund.

Can I get a return label?
Yes, we provide return labels. You can easily print them by filling out the return request via this link.
