FREE RETURNS
We offer free returns within the European Union. Outside the EU, you pay €6 for a return.
You can return your belt up to 30 days after receival.

Shipping in the BeNeLux can take 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping in the EU can take 2 to 3 business days.
Foreign shipping can take 4 to 6 business days.
We handle all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. (CET) on the same day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, it will be handled on the first business day after that.
We offer free shipping within the EU from 1 belt ordered, with the exception of overseas territories.
Outside the EU, shipping is free from 2 belts ordered. For 1 belt ordered outside EU, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For orders shipped outside the Schengen zone, all duties and taxes are handled on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
The exception is shipping to the USA & Canada, where we operate on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all duties and taxes for orders to the USA and Canada are included in the total at checkout, providing a hassle-free experience for our customers in these regions.

For citizens within the European Union, all three of the options are possible.
For citizens outside of the European Union, you can request a voucher or a refund, but no exchange.

Subsequently, our customer support will reach out to you within 24 hours (on workdays Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CET) to solve the issue.
We cannot accept items purchased at one of our many retailers. Our return policy is subjected to items purchased directly from our web shop.
However, if you are still in possession of the receipt, your store will offer you a full refund.
For defected items coming from our retails, please contact them directly.
Yes, we provide return labels. You can easily print them by filling out the return request via this link.
For customers living outside the EU, our customer service will send you a return label via email after filling out the form.
