We accept payment with the following credit cards: Visa card, Mastercard, American Express & Visa Electron. We also accept payment with Bancontact, Maestro, PayPal and Apple Pay . The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped.

Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation please contact us.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to cancel your order once placed. We strive to process all orders as soon as placed.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

We believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items sold out.
If you have interest in a sold out product and would like to know whether it will be in stock again soon, please reach out to hello@laboucle.com.

Our products are intended for consumers only. Please do not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect anyone intending to resell our products we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Note that we have different collections made out of different fabrics and with specific characteristics. You can find the details of each product on the individual product page. -
We promote our belts as made with vegetable tanned leather.
Vegetable tanned leather isleather that is tanned using natural tannins from trees.
However, the leather is still made from animals. As we value eco-responsibility, we have experimented with vegan leather made out of cactus. Unfortunately, the quality of this leather did not match the standard we stand for.
However, we are still interested in making high-quality vegan belts available in the future. If there's any way in which you could help us, please reach out to hello@laboucle.com.

La Boucle belts are made with the greatest care. All products are handmade and are produced with the most attention by our production team to offer you the best possible quality. That's why we offer an international 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Send an email with your question, photos of the damage, and your order number to “hello@laboucle.com”. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours to resolve your issue during the weekdays.
If it’s bought on our website please always give your order number & last name. If it’s bought in one of our stores, please always send a picture of the proof of purchase and a picture of the exact problem. -
Our guarantee covers oxidation of the buckle, spontaneous breakage of the buckle, early degradation of the leather trim and/or braided parts, and discoloration of the belt.
Please note, your guarantee does not cover:
1. Failure or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, broken buckle, stitching issues, etc.).
2. Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and ageing (i.e. scratched buckle, alteration of the colour).
3. La Boucle belts serviced by non-certified repair staff.
4. Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water-resistance level were not followed. La Boucle is water-friendly but not Water resistant, it means that it doesn't resist showers and/or swimming. Excessive contact with water may cause damage to La Boucle Belt.
5. Products that are not purchased from an authorized La Boucle retailer.
6. Discolorisation due to extensive exposure to sunlight.
