How is the lenght of the belt defined?
The unstretched length mentioned in row 2 equals the distance between the buckle and the end of the belt when no stretch is applied.
The stretched length mentioned in row 2 equals the distance between the buckle and the end of the belt when the maximum comfortable stretch is applied.
How do i measure my waist size?
Stand straight. Wear trousers that fit. Remove any belt. Take a meter by the hand.
Take the circumference of your waist size at the height where you will wear the belt. Make sure the meter is straight and horizontal over the entire circumference.
Hold your finger at the end and read the measurement. This size corresponds with the "waist size" in the above size chart.
